La habitación del hotel tiene lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana, la ubicación es cercana al pueblo de Ajijic y a varios restaurantes de la zona.

Considerando costo/beneficio está bien. Mucho jardín bien conservado, para descanso, incluye despertador de gallos. Una sola cosa que lo demerita es el mantenimiento, en nuestro cuarto muchas grietas mal resanadas, dos botellitas de agua, un jabón de manos para regadera y lavabo, un rollo de papel de baño a medio uso, el agua de la alberca con hojas de árbol y el piso con azulejos faltantes. El horario de recepción es ajustado, de 10 a 14 y de 15 a 17. Volvería? Para pensarlo, hay opciones por explorar.

A Lovely place, with an exceptional restaurant. The pool requires significant maintenance with a very large portion of bottom tiles missing, and the filtration system needs mending. The top surface layer of the water was not clean. The mattress is a bit tired, yes, serviceable. The table lamp didn’t work. But it’s clean, bug-Free, and reasonable value, with friendly staff, and nightguard.

Zero communication and nobody in the lobby upon checking after 40 minutes of waiting. Charged my work card a fee without asking and have to deal with that now after I had given my personal card to cover any cost. Never head back from anybody. The place is actually nice and great location but never had this happen even at hostels I’ve stayed at.

Lugar muy tranquilo ideal para descansar.

Me hospede una noche, no habia nadie en la recepcion a mi ingreso, no cumplia nada las indicaciones de habitación, las sabanas estaban manchadas y me di cuenta muy tarde igual que el sofa, la alberca sucia y fria, las paredes son de papel, el lugar se ve sucio y abandonado...

The place is nice , but need more attention on the cleaning , because is in town it is to much dust .

No breakfast was included. Location was good. Friendly Canadians there.

No hot water, patio doors did not lock, mattress was too firm and pillows were hard and uncomfortable, kitchen was not well equipped - expect you to do dishes but no tea towel or paper towels to dry them. It may be a good place for long term guests but for one night, it was not.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The staff and people go above and beyond.
