The place is pretty run down - but the rooms are good - bed is comfortable - Pool looks good - The street noise from cars can be a little loud but all in all a 6.5/10
USHad to reserve another room the 2nd in another hotel ac not working 1st day gave us the hottest room on the highest level the two walls facing the sun. The curtains were open. The room was hot, knowing we checked in after 3pm. Didn't bother to cool out the room or close the thin curtains facing the hot sun. 2nd day it was hot because the lights were out. We got back from an excursion around 9pm. Staff didn't bother to offer different accommodations. The staff in charge left and by 11pm we couldn't take it. So we reserve another hotel. We had not slept the 1st night cause of the ac being out. We had had it. There's was a person in front reception who gave us a phone number to call the hotel staff to refund our money. Of course there's ni answer 🙄. Never staying at this place 🙄

BED BUGS! Noticed as soon as we saw blood stains on the sheets! Also lots of spiders and ants everywhere. Staff didn’t care and room looked like it hasn’t had a good cleaning. DONT BELIEVE THE PICTURES! Horrible place to relax !!!! Looks at the reviews first ! I need a refund !

To loud; you can hear everything happening outside. The structure needs maintenance, there was a lot wrong like peeling paint, cracked tiles, dirty pool , etc. Customer service was good until Georgina gave me a hard time over a few clean towels that I did not receive the day before.
