CAThe location on Zicatela was very convenient and the staff was lovely, they even helped us with laundry services and kept our parking spot when we left one afternoon. The pool was nice to work and tan. The hotel was very accommodating as we had to cancel our last night and they refunded us the full price of that night. It was very good value for the place, the room was big and the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom floor is totally flat so the water would get everywhere and then we would put water in the room and have wet feet when using the toilet. Also the pool was a little dirty but not crazy
