"Poor Communication and Parking"

The location of the hotel was great and the hotel was newer and clean. However, there was poor communication from the hotel staff on where I was allowed to park. I paid for a parking spot at the meter as indicated by signs in the area, but my rental car was towed. I asked to speak to a manager about the situation three separate times but the manager was never available. I even left a message with the front desk and they said they would pass it on to the manager, but I have yet to hear from them.

"Great vibe at The Hyatt"

Finally got to stay at this amazing Hyatt right on Main St in Newark, Delaware. Definitely a great vibe and location. Amanda and Oscar at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful. It was great to deal with humans and not AI! My Daughter is a Freshman at UDEL and it is great to be in walking distance and to having parking at the hotel. The room was spotless and modern. The best is having reasonably priced cocktails on The Green Mansion beautiful terrace overlooking Main St. The also offer complimentary breakfast which a nice perk. We are returning in a week and can't wait.

"Perfect hotel when visiting campus"

Location was perfect being right on Main Street and being walkable to everything

Having to pay for parking. Also the entrance on the front is weird as have to go up stairs and then go through bar. It's confusing

"Comfy and clean"

The bed was comfortable. Room was clean and big

The breakfast was so-so. No hash browns were left, no butter for the toast. Bacon fell apart. But it is complimentary so hard to complain
