I would have given the location a 10, but had a bit of water seepage in the floor; the staff was great - moving me to another room

Best hotel in Newark - location and quality. Same staff every time I’m there, they care and know their jobs! Check out home grown down the street for a really high quality neighborhood style restaurant. Taverna makes you feel like you aren’t on a college campus.

My fiancé and I stayed here to see if we would be interested in a room block for a wedding and everything was fantastic! The staff was kind and the accommodations were great. We will be back.

Location is perfect- the outdoor bar is lovely and the staff are welcoming, helpful and proffesional.

The eggs at breakfast were tasty, but very cold. the breakfast staff had a hard time keeping up with refilling the coffee urns and the hot water, so I wasn't able to have tea with breakfast.

Paying for parking

The was no hot water for the entire evening through our stay. It was fixed at 8am -after we'd checked out. They said they couldn't refund our money because it was booked through Booking.com and that I'd need to make my complaint through your company.
