"They have to get the heat under control."

Everything was fine. But the heat in the room was locked in at 75 degrees and I sweated all night long. Could not lower it. It's winter. I wanted to turn it down. Ridiculous.

Breakfast ok. Ran out of waffles and bacon at 830 am. Not enough silverware available.

There was a false eyelash on my blanket on the bed. At 1st I thought it was a spider. Grossed me out. Heating instructions were impossible to follow had to ask 2 different family members for help and still could not get a decent temp for sleeping. All of us had to return our keys to reception after trying to enter for the 1st time as neither worked.
