Hotel Milam, Michelin Key winner

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Tulum. Very clean and spacious. Staff is incredible and super accommodating. I will recommend place to friends and family

Beautiful and Peaceful Stay at the Hotel Milam me and my wife had a wonderful experience at the hotel Milam in Mexico. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean-housekeeping came every to tidy the room and make the bed. we'd come back to a fresh, comfortable space, and later someone would even stop by to ask if we wanted the bed adjusted for extra comfort. it's peaceful, quiet spot - perfect for a romantic gateway or just relaxing in calm environment with no noise or crowds. we highly recommend it if you looking to unwind. Just a couple of tips: bring mosquito spay if you plan to sit outside, and be aware that the road leading to the hotel isn't in the best condition. But once you're there, everything else is excellent!

Ara, the hotel concierge, made our stay truly special. She reached out before our arrival to see how she could assist, which was greatly appreciated. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and Ara helped surprise her with beautiful decorations, flowers, and a cake delivered to our room. She also recommended and reserved an excellent restaurant for the occasion. When my daughter-in-law fell ill, Ara promptly arranged for a doctor to visit our room—thanks to her, she recovered quickly and didn’t miss a moment of the trip. Ara’s care and attention went above and beyond—we can’t thank her enough for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Premium Room, which was ideal for our family. It had four bedrooms and a detached common area with a kitchen and living room—perfect for spending time together comfortably.

I had a wonderful stay at hotel Milam! The food was delicious the staff were very pleasant and it was such a peaceful environment that we didn’t even need to go to the beach. I’d definitely revisit in the future. Also shoutout to Jay at the front desk his customer service was superb!
