Beautiful and Stylish Apartment, excellent location.

Water was daily coming and going, the property's personnel will help putting the water back on. A few trash bags and kitchen sponge would be appreciated, so we as guess can help to keep the apartment clean.

Great place to stay! Excellent location, excellent rooms (bed is very comfy, light is perfect and, in our case, the view was stunning - forest view - and very close to the pool). The price is very fair, namely regarding the rest of choices!

To improve (and why I gave 3 stars to the rooms): showers need to be stronger and should have a hand shower; water should be drinkable (they were installing a filter to change it); the water missed for few times (5/6 times) and in two of them we wet having showers; isolation (important!): the sound between rooms was the worst part (we could hear everything); also even if we we aware, they could have option for in house breakfast and also for drinks at the bar (even if extra)

We stayed in the top floor in the “Superior Suite” and it was a dream! It was absolutely beautiful and the view of the untouched jungle behind us was everything! The bed was giant, I think larger than a standard King bed and was the most comfortable bed and pillow I’ve ever slept in. Blackout curtains in the bedroom worked wonderfully. The rooftop public pool was also extremely nice. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming and quick to assist when we needed a hand. The Aldea Zama area of Tulum seemed to be the most developed as far as paved roads go. We were pleasantly surprised after staying in the Veleta area first where everything is dirt roads and potholes currently (early 2025). We already want to return to Xambé. I just hope the price doesn’t skyrocket after all these amazing reviews haha! I have nothing negative to say. We stayed in 4 different places and Xambé was our absolute favourite! We want to return with friends next time! I left my heart at Xambé Tulum ❤️

Auf den ersten Blick ist diese Unterkunft sehr schön und durchaus so wie auf den weiblichen Fotos zu sehen. Das Personal ist bemüht, doch leider auch überfordert, so dass viele Punkte unbearbeitet blieben. Für uns persönlich war es ärgerlich, dass das Internet die Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes nicht funktionierte und wir nicht die gebuchte Anzahl von Betten bekamen. Sehr schade war auch, dass nicht kommuniziert wurde, dass Roomservice mit Zusatzkosten verbunden ist, ist aber auch keine Alternative gibt, da kein Reinigungsequipment zur Verfügung steht. Besonders der zusehens grüner werdende Pool war sehr schade, da er aufgrund mangelnder Hygiene nicht nutzbar war. Hinzufügen muss man auch, dass alle Pools inklusive dem öffentlichen nicht beheizt sind. Die Umgebung lädt leider auch nicht zum Spaziergang ein. Das Neubaugebiet ist riesig und kaum erschlossen, so, dass man zum nächsten Geschäft circa 20 Minuten zu Fuß gehen muss. Alles andere ist nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und würden nicht wiederkommen.

Overall nice hotel but definitely needs improvement. Cons: - Hot water was only running for 5 minutes, i had to go to the front desk to ask to fix it - AC remote was not working, I went to front desk they put new batteries but in the morning it was not working again - No extra toilet paper, you only have one roll in your bathroom - Also little ants in the room - They did not have any bikes for rent when I came Other than that was good

The check-in was a little bit slow only one person checking in everybody no drinking water in rooms

Hi, we stayed at this beautiful hotel in Tulum, but guys don’t fall for the beauty of it. These guys are cheap fraudsters. We booked a scooter,a city tour and an airport cab through them. And what happens next is pathetic. To start with, they took crazy commission on everything they booked for us, so always prefer to book direct, rather than trusting this hotel. When we booked the airport cab a night before, we realised there were cabs right outside the hotel in much cheaper, so we booked a cab directly and cancelled the cab at the hotel 4 hours in prior. But the receptionist forgot to inform the cab company about the cancellation and the cab came. And since we were not okay with paying so much extra and we’d booked a direct cab, and had cancelled this well in prior, we refused to go with the cab booked by the hotel. THE HOTEL DID NOT LET US CHECK OUT FOR THIS, wasted our 30 mins when we had a flight to take and finally after much argument they let us go from there. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IS SCARY. They sent goons from the cab company in between of the forest and did not let us go ahead unless we didn’t pay them. IMAGINE IN AN UNKNOWN PLACE WE WERE MADE TO FACE THIS BY THE SO CALLED 9.5 STAR PROPERTY. They forced us to pay right there and blackmailed us terribly. We had no option but pay them and leave since we were late for the airport already and couldn’t trust them, who knew what would they have done to us! TERRIFYING. We were traumatised. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE.

If you want to get away from the central area of Tulum this is the spot to go. Since it's far from the center, it is priced accordingly. Nice and quiet place. I would suggest a car or transport available to this destination as it's not easily reachable by foot.
