excelente lugar para descansar , en muy buenas condiciones, tranquilo limpio y excelente trato del personal muy atentos

We loved our stay at Xambé. The place was quiet and clean, we were able to walk to the local plaza to get some wine and local food. The infinity pool was amazing and it was empty almost everytime we went up there. 10/10 stay.

We payed extra to have a hottub only to find out they didn’t have hot water

The Xambè is located in a newly developed, quiet and very green area of Tulum. we had the suite and were really happy with the size, cleanliness and decor! The bed was super comfy! It was great value and the rooftop pool is a real treat - also very clean and quiet with views of the surrounding jungle. We can truly recommend this lovely place if you are looking for a more quiet stay in Tulum.

The shower was leaking if you opened the lever fully. A bottle of water at arrival (esp. after midnight) would be nice. Otherwise, perfect!

The hotel is in a developing/construction area. The hotel itself is quite and the area as well. PLEASE be awared that no basic supplies are provided. The room had a coffee maker, but no coffee/sugar/creamer. There was a pitcher of water but no water is supplied. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was placed so we had to asked for another roll. The ONLY person that went above and beyond and made the experience worth it was the Receptionist, Monica Garcia!! She was extremely accommodating and made our visit pleasant. I would recommend this hotel but make sure you bring water and coffee supplies. Food wise, make sure you bring food. The shower head sprayers sprayed all over except down on me. The cold/hot water lever settings were backwards: cold was hot and hot was cold. Who I REALLY RECOMMEND it's the Receptionist! She's the best Receptionist ever!!!!

Incredible room, cracking view. The staff are very attentitive really friendly made sure we had everything we needed.

The area nearby is odd and the location is relatively far away from things, but this was still a 10/10 stay due to the quality of the room honestly.

The stay was amazing, we had so much space & it was beautifully designed. We got help with everything we needed. The location is up & coming so it isnt walkable but we got help with transportation around Tulum which helped our experience tremendously. We would definitely stay here again.
