Xambé

Excellent hotel, very comfortable, the design of the room and the furniture was super comfirtable and ambience was great. As well as the staff. The hotel is in a very peaceful and quiet location. We'll definitely come back. The price was a bargain.

It beautiful but it could get some more life

There was no gym, there was no breakfast it’s more like an nice appartement place

The water was cold every single day. I couldn’t take a proper shower because the shower head had the water flying everywhere. The people at the front desk always went missing and you would have to yell hello for a few minutes to find someone.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful host. Super nice people. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to return.

The reception was amazing and the interaction with the staff of Xambé was so pleasant!

Brand new beautiful hotel. I loved that it was in a quiet area -- there's still construction happening nearby like most of Tulum but overall was a great stay.

I lo ed staying here. It was my first time in tulum and wasnt sure what to expect. The hotel is an easy walk to several restaurants and 7-11. The property was clean with a cute little balcony, where we sat in the early mornings. The room was very comfortable with air conditioning and cieling fan. We actually got cold at night. The hosts were gracious. Rented us a scooter. Gave us recommendations and helped arrange taxis and car services whenever we needed. The pool area is nice and relaxing but because its open air, it needs to be cleaned just a bit as you will see a few leaves from trees but nothing crazy. Id definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing!

Do not waste your time! This is a new residence that rents apartments. Although the appearance is great. Nothing works as it should. Booked on booking.com for the Hot Tub which has no picture in the description. The room pictures are sketch. As an avid booking.com user. Decided to visit the location to see the room for myself. Decided to book, arrived around 7ish. Checked in and the room was beautiful. The King Suite. With a Hot Tub. Was told it would take a bit for it to heat up. Waited over two hours and it never heated up, ran all night and was never warm! Not only was I furious I would have not stayed at this location if it were not for the Hot Tub mentioned. When I addressed with management to be refunded and moved to another room. I was told if I would have booked earlier, the room would have been ready. That is complete nonsense. When and where in the world does a hotel tell you if you would have booked earlier it would have worked. The front desk rep then stated it’s not our fault. If I order a burger with cheese and pay for it and do not receive my cheese, of course I expect my money back! No refund of the price difference for a regular room. That to me is false advertising. Then the TV wouldn’t cast and kept resetting as I was trying to watch a movie. The AC was poorly placed and weak as hell. Ran the AC’s for 5 hours and never got cold. 3 quick power outages in building. Not the area. So the electrical set up was not done well. As far a customer service goes, that’s a fail, facilities fail and location fail! Complained to person at front desk, supposedly the manager said he would credit the difference through booking.com Told me to message them and the would take care of it. So far 2 days after check out and nothing but excuses. Cannot stress enough what a rip off this place was! Be warned this is an over priced location far from everything that has not worked out the kinks. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Beautiful modern room.

My partner and I booked the grand suite at this hotel which mentioned we would get the yard, pool AND outdoor spa tub. Upon check-in we were given just a normal apartment with a tub in the balcony. We tried to resolve the issue with the hotel for many days but they refused to give us the room we actually booked and stopped helping on getting a refund. Stay away from this hotel!! They have false advertisement and horrible communication. Save your money and go to a more reliable hotel.
