The building shakes often

Pretty close to desirable areas and decent bars and cafes. Is a pretty new place with some decent kitchen facilities, laundry and an elevator.

We were staying in the roof terrace apartment and the hotel is located on the corner of a junction of two main roads making it incredibly noisy plus the room shook considerably every-time a bus or truck revved their engines which was often. Blinds were also pretty useless and let a lot of light in, also a bit of a privacy concern as you could definitely see through into the room from the roof terrace into our room. We also had to ask a couple of times for toilet paper, the room never got cleaned or serviced and towels etc. never replaced, we were there for 5 nights.

Great location, within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, attractions, museums, Chapultepec Park and more. There's an elevator to the 6th floor. There's a rooftop terrace with a nice view.

Apartment was great! Just like it was described online!

It is loud, but to be expected being on a busy intersection.

The location was very good, central alongside a main street and within Condesa. The apartment was large and had comfortable furnishings and the storage space was very good. The staff was also excellent with communication and assistance. Location was open 24 hrs a day so we could come and go when we needed, and the elevator was very helpful.

One small point was the water heater and gas issue. During our trip, there was maintenance, and gas would be shut off during the days. Moreover, the water heater is very small and showers lasted a max of 6 minutes. Finally, the largest issue we faced was the noise of the traffic outside. Starting at 6 am, cars are honking non-stop and it was very disturbing. Even with the windows shut and the fan on, we were still woken up by the horns each morning. If you need a quiet environment for sleeping, this place is not for you.

The comfy beds and quick response when the coffee press was missing from the apartment. Clean drinking water in the apartment. Hot showers were great after being in other places in Mexico without them. I also appreciated the desk since I had to do a bit of work while I was there. Being able to enter the apartment through codes instead of only a key since we were two people. And most importantly, pet friendly (: (: (:

Scam alert, bizarre place and totally unclean.

They started me off in a filthy, bizarre, windowless (unless you count a window INTO THE LOBBY), bed bug infested, mattress without sheets, smelly, next to the garbage, disgusting room that they do not show you on the Booking.com listing.
