My first room had smoking smell. Mgr gave me another room at no extra cost!!! Very accommodating. Good people.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location. Washer dryer was a huge plus. Apartment was well stocked and in very clean condition. Minimal noise from other apartments. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was difficult as we didn't have the code to the apartment door when we arrived. Also, on the last day of our stay, the code stopped working and we were locked out of the apartment in the middle of the night. Would appreciate a key to enter the door, or a more functional code system.

Great location in Roma Norte, with nice bars and restaurants nearby. It is near Chapultepec park. The kitchen area was small but well equipped. Being on the ground floor we also had a patio area.

There is quite a lot of noise from both inside and outside of the apartment block so I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. There was no offer to clean the apartment even though we were there for a week; we had to ask for fresh towels and bin bags.

It is a total scam. My room was next to a warehouse, what took all the privacy away, alongside with the terrible noise they were making and de lack of solutions. Also, the room was smelly, so as the building

Initial Location Issues:
During my stay at the first location, I encountered several issues that negatively impacted my experience: * Noise: The constant noise in the hallway on the ground floor prevented me from getting proper rest. * Bathroom: There was a strange odor emanating from the bathroom. * Shower: The shower leaked water onto the entire bathroom floor, making it very uncomfortable. * Clothing Storage: There was no place to hang clothes, which was inconvenient. * Insects: The room had a significant issue with mosquitoes, making my stay unpleasant. After raising these concerns, I appreciate that they moved me to a different location. New Location Issues:
Unfortunately, the new location also presented challenges: * Distance: I was in the area for work, and this new location significantly increased my expenses since it was no longer within walking distance of my office. * Hot Water: There was almost never hot water available, and despite raising this issue, it took a long time to be addressed. * Elevator: The elevator was frequently out of service, adding further inconvenience. I attempted to reach an agreement on canceling my stay without fees to find a place that could better accommodate my needs, but my request was denied

The property was clean, in a great area and comfortable. Loved the place and the patio.

There was not screens on the windows so we got eaten up by bugs. Wish there were more towels for the kitchen and also wash clothes for the bathroom. The front door leaked water but the staff was quick to bring towels.
