Nice apartments in a good location for exploring La Roma and CDMX as a whole. Staff we very friendly and attentive.

It’s near a main road so can be a bit noisy.

Worst customer service. I arrived and no one opened the door. Called booking for assistance and they tried to be in touch and could reach the hotel reception. So I had to leave to another hotel and now they don’t want to refund

Great location modern up to date amenities

Slight traffic noise but too bothersome the floor could use a better scrub or cleaning we noticed when we wore white socks

The unit was modern and clean. I felt comfortable there until one evening I noticed the water pooling around the sink drain was yellow. I filled a mug with water from all the faucets to confirm. I immediately contacted hotel management who said they did not advise using the water since they had cleaned the pipes that day. I immediately became alarmed at the possibility of water contamination given my chronic illness and having just received a fresh tattoo that needed cleaning. I informed the management that I would be checking out two nights early and how to get a refund. They recommended using the platform Hotels.com (where I had booked it) for the quickest resolution. However they did not respond to Hotels.com's request for a refund. If they knew the water pipes were serviced that day, and if they advised none of their guests to use the water, this information should promptly have been communicated to guests ahead of time. I also had no idea if they were telling the truth. It is a complete health and safety hazard for this violation to have occurred. The next day I developed watery diarrhea that turned bloody. Given the lack of professionalism and safety I feel the need to warn others.

The apartment was perfectly clean and organized. It was also very spacious, with good natural light and little to no noise (I was on the 4th floor). It had all kitchen appliances needed for a short stay. Internet was reliable and I had no issues.

The fan was very good but quite loud.

I loved all of the staff I encountered. Patricia was my host. She was consistently very helpful and engaging. I loved the location. I did not know how ideal it was when I booked it, so it was a wonderful surprise. The loft was very spacious with bedroom, kitchen and living area.

There is no air conditioning in the loft where I stayed. Considering that its Mexico, I wrongly assumed that most if not all hotels in parts of Mexico that get very hot, would have air conditioning. Not so. I encountered this in two hotels that I visited during my recent trip to several cities/towns in Mexico. HOWEVER, for me, I was there at a time when it had not yet warmed up significantly. I was quite comfortable, though I was also given a fan, just in case I needed it, which I appreciated.
