I feel bad writing a bad review because the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. But this property has potential with some changes, it is in such a great location.

After I booked, they told me I needed to do a background check and deposit with a third party, this was not noted on the booking page. There is a charge for making a deposit and they don't take all forms of payment. Then, the deposit takes 15 days after check-out to get returned. And, I had to bug them everyday to get it back. The elevator was broken every other day to the point that I lost confidence in it. One time the doors opened and the elevator was only halfway up. I ended up not taking the elevator and walking up five flights of stairs. These last are more common in Mexico City but should be noted: they could benefit from sound proof windows, there's a lot of street noise. And, this one didn't bother me but maybe for others -- you can feel the building move a lot, even from a big truck driving by.

Really great location. The apartment had everything that I needed. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean. Kitchenette was handy to have for simple breakfast prep. Big tv with a few English speaking stations.

There was no place to set my bag or to hang anything. No closet or hooks. I ended up using a chair from the patio to set my bag on. A simple folding bag stand would have been useful. This would be a challenge for 2 people with lots of luggage.

location is great, apartment is great.

hidden costs, not published on booking.com once made the reservation, you are sent a link to register on a third party platform where you have to upload your id photo and selfie photo. I didn't like this either. and there is a 30 US charge that was not mentioned before making the reservation. also, the water in the shower was cold, never heated up. the elevator was not working. I understand it may be inconveniences time to time, I had the bad luck that happened during my stay.

After they sent us a check-in instruction and demanded a security deposit, the property manager texted us via WhatsApp that their apartments were overbooked and our room was occupied by other guests about three hours before we arrived the city. We had to quickly booked another hotel while we were on the flight. Since they could not offer the same type and same location of room for us, they agreed to cancel our reservation; however, they did not handle the cancellation with Expedia as they promised and stopped communicating with us either. We had to called Expedia and haven’t got our refund so far. They are disorganized and dishonest. I don’t recommend renting from them.

Fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable, so much so it made it hard to leave. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We really loved our stay - thank you!!
