Great location, super clean and spacious. Definitely a lovely place to stay. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The building rumbles and your bed shakes, it’s the area where it’s located. Heavy transport will definitely make this situation happen.

On the bottom floor, you can hear the main door slammed shut.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so appalling that I feel obligated to warn others. If you care about safety, cleanliness, and honesty, avoid this place at all costs. 1. Safety Concerns: When we checked in, we discovered that the room keys were left in the locks, and the doors could be opened using a code. This meant anyone with the code could walk into our room at any time. This complete disregard for guest security made us feel extremely unsafe from the start. 2. Filthy Rooms Beyond Imagination: The condition of the rooms was absolutely revolting. The pillowcases reeked of oil and sweat, as though they hadn’t been washed in months. There were even pubic hairs on the bed when we arrived. The duvet was horrifying—it had turned black from filth and was clearly never washed. The level of neglect was genuinely nauseating. 3. Overwhelming Stench: The room smelled like a damp, mouldy basement. The stench was unbearable, and it was clear that proper cleaning and ventilation were nonexistent. 4. Deception and Lack of Accountability: The staff at this hotel outright lied to us multiple times. When we complained about the dirty bedding, they promised us fresh replacements, but instead, they brought us used bedding that hadn’t been washed either. On our first night, after realizing how filthy the room was, they moved us to four different rooms. Every single one of them was just as dirty—none had been cleaned. After hours of trying to find a livable option, we gave up and decided to leave early.m, they assured us they would issue a full refund. Despite weeks of calling and messaging, they have refused to honor their promise and ignored our requests.

The location is good, check in was easy.

There was no hot water, very poor communication with management, generic responses via messages, the roof studio lacks privacy as other guests are right outside your window reading/drinking/socialising. There was no filtered water in the room or in reception for guests.
