Personally I felt the food could be a lot better

can a property that received the highest industry-accolades live up to the sky-high expectations of its guests? passalacqua can. it is a hotel dream come true, a secluded world of wonder for a privileged few. the warm welcome and personal service combined with flawless housekeeping, attention to detail (from the beautiful stationery to the picture-perfect breakfast buffet), immaculate gardening and priceless views made our stay more than memorable. passalacqua is spectacular from a to z.

prepare to bring the big wallet - the prices are as fantastic as the property. in particular, we found dinner at the hotel's restaurant to be wildly overpriced, considering the rather average dishes served. you may want to consider some of the lovely other dinner options in town.

This hotel is one of the best we have ever been to. The love for the details is enormous and that's what it is all about. Regarding functionality there is still room to improve. It's obvious that the look and the design - besides the service quality - count the most for the owner family. It is a very expensive pleasure to stay at that hotel but the guests are fully rewarded for their willingness to spend a lot of money. The generosity of the hotel is extravagant and the employees pamper the guests in many ways. It would go too far to list all the different experiences we had but everything (with very few exceptions) was outstanding. Well done!

Entire hotel is a 12/10 but add in that they have ALL the Dyson products in each room!!!

A hotel with a wonderful and amazing atmosphere! Great staff, delicious restaurant, wonderful rooms. The hotel team managed to create a stunning mix of ancient interiors and modern comfort. Will be visiting Como, you will definitely stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back! All the best, Vladimir

What lovely gem! So much better than Tremezzo! Only 24 rooms, I had to book 4 months in advance! Loved the cuteness of it, beautiful views, nice pool. Loved the love piano music at the restaurant . Very romantic hotel. Every corner is picture perfect!

I didn’t like the food at the restaurant for dinner . Please don’t order the “secret recipe pasta and risotto”. The breakfast is great though.

The front desk manager was not helpful, she was arrogant and did not try to help us when a wardrobe bar fell on the children.

Dream place full of all the Luxuries your heart desires ! Love it
