There’s nothing not to like!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional, every corner had unmatched details that showed the thought behind every little thing. The gardens were beautiful, it smelled like flowers wherever we went. The different levels provided a totally different vibe. From the docks to the hotel room, it truly was the most beautiful hotel we've ever experienced

Stunning property, fantastic food. Service was very average, spiders in the room (x5), suit was ruined during turn down service (which the hotel fixed at my insistence) - there was also absolutely no accountability or apology for any of the above or for locking us out of the property for 30 mins after a boat ride organised by the hotel. Not what you’d expect after paying EUR1300 a night.

Exceptionally beautiful decor and furniture. The deputy manger, Alberto, hotel and restaurant staff.are all well trained and tentative.

Food quality can be improved further and hard to get transport unless pay double to Uber prices. The housekeepers are a bit absent-minded.
