On Saturday morning about 5:30 AM, on the way to our day fishing charter, there were a few cockroaches in the shower, killed one of three…. On Saturday afternoon, we told Kellie the Manager, and she told me they had just had “sprayed for bugs.” Sunday morning we woke up about 5:00 AM; and there were cockroaches everywhere, on the bedroom walls (took pictures) on the kitchen counters, crawling on my bananas, and in the bathroom…. (Took several pictures). Was very surprised when there were a few cockroaches in the beds…
USTeagan and Toni were very nice and easy to talk with. They were happy to share their referrals for restaurants, beach, etc. They accommodated our need for extra coffee. The other renters nearby were also very 'neighborly'.
This was as different as you can get from or usual place to stay. We loved it. It sleeps 5 people very comfortably. We enjoyed the new experience.
I loved it there. I brought my family and we ended up ataying an extra night!

ITI really enjoyed my stay! What stood out the most was the originality of the accommodation—it had a unique charm that made it feel special and different from typical places. The location was also a big plus: very peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to relax and disconnect. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and distinctive place to stay.
The only downside was that there were some construction works going on in the area, which was a bit inconvenient at times. But these things happen, and it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. I would still definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and distinctive place to stay.
USNice property on a cove. We were only here one night but the place was clean and had everything needed for a longer stay. Enjoyed the gentle rocking at bedtime.
USLocation was great, in walking distance to Founders Park. Houseboat was fun to stay at.
A/C was a small unit, with 4 people in the house boat it got hot quickly. The kitchen utensils were very cheap. For the price of the stay I expected better quality.
