The restaurant food needed some upgrade. My husband ordered French onion soup and the onions were raw as if they had made it to order which isn’t doable for French Onion soup. We had Chicken Marsala. It tasted like chicken in gravy and the noodles were all stuck together. I don’t normally give bad reviews but I think you deserve to know. The hotel and staff were excellent.

Bed Comfort - Accommodating my special requests

Noise from swimming pool - a constant motor was running all the time. Noise from people going in and out of pool. Hearing guests upstairs walk around.

El servicio y atención de todo el personal, en especial front-desk y restaurant.

Ya que no hay arrendadoras de autos en el área, no tenían información acerca de la única opción para rentar auto: J & M provee opción de renta de auto que aunque no están nuevos resuelve la necesidad. Pearl de J & M muy servicial y clara. Muchas gracias. Tampoco hay servicio de taxis, sin embargo existe Tom quien maneja Safe Rides y también fue fenomenal! Muy contenta con su servicio de viajes, siendo el último desde Trinidad a Denver!
