Room was overheated.

Some of the furnitures need repair. The furniture on the deck is too large for the deck size. Window mounted air conditioner replaced the central a/c.

This was a pleasant surprise. Great facility, beautiful scenery and comfortable. I have paid more for less. Will recommend to others.

The lodge itself is lovely - and a great base to explore the Cascades area. The communal spaces are beautiful, with the backdrop of a gorgeous landscape. Hosts were quite welcoming and friendly, although it missed the mark somewhat as there were people working about the place, but no real host or manager, so the roles were not clear and this impacted the vibe of the hotel. We can see why it is in the SLH group because of its uniqueness, but we felt it needed a little polishing to really fit in with this group of hotels. Our room was large with a nice outlook, but no way of making the room dark (and it's light until 9.30pm and then again at 4am!). Bathroom was quite outdated, with taps not working well, and just lacking in terms of decor. I would also like the ability to make tea/coffee in the room as I don't feel like going out to do this in the lobby in my pyjamas! The room was a bit stale, would be lovely for hosts to pull back the blinds and air the room prior to arrivals - even some fresh flowers from the lovely garden would also be a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but delicious - I liked the berries/yogurt/granola simplicity. Dinner options were interesting- very expensive, but also quite inventive so a good addition for the area.

It was a bit "out there", Pool not ready. Bartender at night same felliw in the morning for coffee. It was very plesant and unexpected calm. I took a horseback ride, which after 45 years very enjoyable. New team member a Yellowstone Park alumni. . We missed fancy Gourmet chef. However, the Elk Ribs were melt in my mouth soo wonderful. Thanks

We loved our brief one night stay at Casia Lodge! Everyone's was so friendly, the room was very nice, and the food was wonderful! It was fun exploring the lodge and the beautiful surroundings. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Next time we will definitely stay longer!
