Konocti Harbor Resort

It was nice to be back there again after it reopened recently they still have work to do but it's coming along really really well I highly recommend people to go support them

Nice little property. Seems like it’s seen it’s heyday, but beautiful area and decent enough accommodations.

The hotel has beautiful views of the lake. The spa/gym was nice. Had a small hiccup with check-in -- our keys weren't activated, but that was quickly fixed. The deluxe room was large and comfortable, but I wish they swept the floors which had a lot of dust. The bathroom was also spacious. One thing to note -- my room apparently was in the renovated portion of the hotel (Lake Lodge). Others in my group had rooms in the older portion and were not satisfied with their rooms. If possible, ask for newer rooms upon booking

The hotel has a beautiful views overlooking the lake. I booked a deluxe room in the renovated portion of the hotel, and it was good. Some in my group had rooms in the older portion and they were dissatisfied. So I would recommend asking for a renovated room upon booking.

Overal was a great experience!!

First time in town ; kinda lost but staff who helped us did great!! We felt welcomed like home . Definitely worth it!! We will come back.

This place was beautiful. Pool and deck on the lake were amazing work plenty of lounge chairs. The balcony on our room was a nice size and had great views. We will definitely be back!

HIGHLIGHTS! View of Clear Lake from our room was amazing! Also, Billie and Ben who worked in the property's restaurant were friendly and provided outstanding service! However, I rated the stay as "poor" due to several factors. 1) The property was not in good condition: There were exposed nails everywhere; the landscape uplighting was old and broken; the light fixtures outside the rooms were filled with cobwebs as was the chandelier in the main office. 2) We stayed in a "suite" that looked like a dorm room suite. The dishwasher was broken and a portion of the wood on our patio overhang was rotted. Great water pressure, but the shower head was not fully operating as we could only get water from half of the shower head. The drain was terrible and water filled up the tub while we showered. We stayed 2 nights and on our 2nd night there was a power outage, at approximately 12:45am. We received no communication from Konocti, management. My husband found information on the PG&E website about the power outage; it was local to the property. There was not an employee on the property so we did not receive ANY notification of what was going on and how the situation was being handled. Additionally, we weren't given a flashlight, a lantern or candles! My husband and several family members had medical equipment that required electricity, but their equipment was unusable because there was no available electricity. You'd think Konocti would have a generator on the property given its location and the increase in power outages. On PG&E's website the message stated that power would be restored at approximately 8:15am. When that didn't happen we decided to leave because the room was heating up and checkout was 11am. At no time did we receive any communication from Konocti management. The number of safety issues and inconveniences are too many to name. I know that power outages occur, however, it was the way Konocti management FAILED to handle the situation with its guests at top of mind. It would be great if management cared enough about their guests to contact us, apologize, and even compensate all of us for the one night. It is my hope that management will use this review to help make improvements to the property to better their guests experience(s).

Great location especially if you have a boat it’s easy to dock. Some areas are a little dated but I actually liked it it was a very 70s feel in some parts everything was clean. And the staff is nice for the price which is great but highly recommended it may not have all the bells and whistles of the five star resorts but we’re not paying the five star resorts either. I had a great visit. Rooms are very clean. Very large pool plus indoor pool plus a very nice gym too.

Convent.. easy launch. pool, bar and restaurant. Rooms are comfortable!
