Konocti Harbor Resort

The resort is in a great location. The room was recently remodeled. We hadan amazing lake veiw room. The restaurant had really good food.

Beautiful views of the lake, birds chirping outside, and owls near the tennis court. Free electric car charging was convenient -- no payment hassles. Kids loved the pool and kayaks. Cool couch and flooring in the renovation, and good brunch buffet. Not too crowded, which is what we wanted if you're still covid-conscious. Great place to stop with a taste of nature and nice amenities without being new California luxury.

The resort is renovated and very cute. Right on the lake. Nice views from our room. Their choice in keyless entry locks is interesting. Our didn’t work and we couldn’t get into our room. Had to have a maintenance man come but a security guard came to help us get in our room instead. He was helpful but said they didn’t have a maintenance man for the evenings. Their free breakfast was decent. Overall stay was enjoyable. Would stay again when visiting family in town.

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

The location is great. It is unfortunate that the rooms are old (even though they were recently remodeled) they stuck really bad to make it worst. The appliances are old and loud. The bathroom is a joke. Small shower you almost had to be on your needs to make sure water hit your head as the shower head is fixed. Really bad experience.

We are so excited to have this resort back open and can’t wait to come back for music and comedy shows

The location is beautiful and the view from the rooms are great. The service in the restaurant was slow and the breakfast buffet was overpriced. We went to a Charity Luau and it was pleasant. However, the bar service was SLOW. And they ran out of deserts!!!

At first upon booking the receptionist did not tell me the correct rate for the holiday weekend and not knowing of that the cancellation policy was different as well But then overall they fixed the problem Also the spa is a bit far to walk Would be nice if the cottages was already finished Service was great Food was good Great view from the room

The resort has lot of potential in terms the location and planned facilities. But nothing works for now. They claim Kayak rental onsite but there is none. They kept repeating that it will be in place in a few hours but it never was in place. Same for BBQ. Swimming pool was cold and not useable. No wonder the place was deserted even for the long weekend, even after such false advertising
