Suburban Studios Verona - Staunton North

Good location, friendly staff

Our room was not clean. The carpet was sticky. The shower was full of hair. The light fixtures etc had lint and dust on them. The ac unit sat on the floor and blew in to the side of the bed so the temp was never comfortable.

Went to the front desk to get more towels Because our family plays travel ball and her reaction was didn't u get 4 in your room and was very rude. When we checked in the women that was there was great!

Carpeting dank. Lots of flies. Dead bugs in the curtains.

The people working at the front desk are extremely nice …. Houskeeper excellent.. the two ladies from India at the laundry are nasty nasty… they don’t deserved to work there …it’s sad because they destroyed the good service from other employees. Don’t get this motel if you plan to use the stove … didn’t work .. don’t pay extra for the kitchenette is a waste of money

Smelled disgusting, like 1k ashtrays! They came with Febreeze and tried to fix it! We had to buy our own and hanging air fresheners and keep spraying to survive! Was very small! Pics misleading!! The handicap room is not accessible for someone with a wheelchair! Not enough space between bed and furniture, bathroom door opens the wrong way. AND, the stool in the shower is broken, dangerous! Carpet disgusting! Both of our feet were BLACK after walking barefoot! We found hairs on the sheets, hairs in the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t look clean at all. Also, why offer a stovetop and not have pots and pans. No dishes at all. Or at least list on the site that they have it but bring your own cookware! It was noisy! Coming and going all hours! I would not recommend this place at all. The breakfast wasn’t much either. Tiny biscuits and cereals. Oh and our safety lock was completely broken off! This is a place where the doors are on the outside not an indoor place and the safety lock, gone!! Glad my husband carries!! We had 2 towels both covered in stains! This was just a nasty place!! The staff was nice!

We did not stay. The accommodations were not as the pictures portrayed. Our room was in a second back building and it didn't feel safe. Only one lock on the door with a gap beneath it. This hotel is not family friendly.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and had everything organized and presentable. Rooms were as described and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic with a large variety of fresh options. Excellent experience.

Its a decent spot right off the highway, not too far from multiple parks. The room was decent wnough, nice new TV, everything functioned properly. Full size fridge and microwave.

Only gave 2 towels for a couple staying 4 nights. No maid service. Had to.ask for towels on the third day and it seemed like it was an inconvenience for them. The kitchenette would be useful but they had nothing in it. No silver ware, no pots or plates or anything at all, ive stayed at subrubans over the years and these things were always in room or had a sign saying what was available for use. No real area suitable for walking the dog outside.
