Woodspring Suites Rochester Greece

Our check-in was a disaster! We were told there were no King rooms so we had to take a queen and there would be an up-charge for it. We were assigned a room and then told there were people still in it. Then we were assigned a 2-bed double bed room, but the door would not unlock, Then we finally were assigned a room after it was cleaned and when we got it it was a KING room!!! The coffee was supposed to be available in the lobby at 8:00 AM, but wasn't always. We were scheduled to be cleaned after a week, but then were told that changed and it would be 2 weeks! Not a great experience!

Very basic room with limited amenities. Limited housekeeping service and sparse rooms. Felt like a college dorm room. Front desk closed at night.

I like the cleanliness, the bed was too hard I don’t think it was real bed. I needed cups, iron, towels, coffee pot, no one around to help. Front desk opens late. Would never stay again

This property is a New extended Stay but Management and maintenance is terrible. The manager is rude and very unprofessional.. She do not know how to talk to customers. They gave me a room, with no hot water in the bathroom sink. They also assigned a room where the drainage system was right by my bed. I would hear water running and draining in the room constantly. I never saw housekeeping at any time. Each day I had to request fresh towels from the desk. This place gave no service on any day. I even charged a deposit for my pet who is a ESA..I have pictures and videos.I requested for maintenance to fix the water,, the maintenance never fixed it .. I finally got feed up with them and booked another hotel for my vacation😏

Terrible smell in the building no coffee the entire stay limited vending options. Definitely not someplace I would recommend a lot of locals or long term guests. No front desk support over night Overall poor stay lucky I am from the area so I knew how to get around and find food and coffee

Love this hotel. We actually canceled a different reservation to stay here again instead. Highly recommend, it’s the best you’ll get for this price point.

Great location and quality

SO FAR WOODSPRING SURPASSES ALL MY OTHER STAYS @ EXTENDED STAY HOTELS.

It’s okay i guess, though they say it’s smoke free but at times you will smell someone smoking.. no pool nothing entertaining only a little gym for the two weeks I have No House keeping to the room I did my own cleaning at times. Otherwise from that it’s quiet during the day and the staff at the front was friendly each time I went by.

Staff is excellent and very accommodating.
