A wonderful place to stay

Called at 6:30p on the day of confirmed booking that they are full and we should not bother to show up. Just hung up. No apologies no alternative arrangements.

The bed sunk in and the base was too big for the mattress.

Slow and inaccurate check-in. Beds squeaked due to cheap bedframes. Non-smoking hotel but was awakened two nights due to cigar smoke filtering into our room. Told front desk but seemed uninterested.

Was charged significantly more than the rate i agreed to when I booked the room. Our stay coincided with the solar eclipse which was passing over the area. Management decided to up their rates to profit from the higher demand for rooms in the area. The room rate was more than double the standard rate. I had already agreed to a higher rate than normal then was gouged for an extra $100 per night. Otherwise, it is a decent property, clean and reasonably maintained.

I had a fire in my home. This is the ONLY reason i stayed here. This is definitely a place for people with limited funds. This place offers NOTHING... NO BREAKFAST, NO TRASH REMOVAL, $50 A DAY TO GET YOUR ROOM CLEANED. You can't do anything without your key cause the doors are ALL locked, even the front door.

This would be one of the VERY last hotels on the list for me to choose from. Lets start with just about all thr staff have some kind of accent. If you put yout trash outside your door. Staff will put it BACK in your room. To have them clean your room is an extra $50 a day. If you need towles you have to take your dirty ones to the front desk and they close at a certain time. Just not a ideal place to stay with kids.

The lobby smelled clean initially when you walked in, but the elevator and hallways smelled of weed. The staff at the reception desk weren't very attentive to us when we were checking in, and were talking a laughing amongst themselves. The first floor was very noisy, with children running around and running in and out of the gym playing on the equipment. The rooms are thin as paper, you can hear everything around you. There wasn't even any soap to wash with, only shampoo. The beds in the rooms are basically pull out mattresses on a bed frame. Everything in the room was cheap. I booked the hotel for 2 nights, and only ended up staying for one night since I already paid. Will not stay here again

Property and room were clean. The fact that it is an extended stay type of place, they didn't offer pots, pans, plates, classes, or utensils. If you wanted those items you had to PAY for them. They had no breakfast in the morning and they didn't have coffee ready until 8:00. Wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel was new, so it’s VERY clean! I enjoyed everything about this hotel (and my husband would tell you, I’m not easy to please haha) There isn’t too much in the immediate vicinity due to being in an industrial park area, but right down the road are businesses and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel!
