We were there for a conference. Overall the place was not that bad. The location was a little bit far from the venue that’s why we ended up doing Uber everyday. The staff were nice.

I enjoyed my stay with the hotel, the bed was the most important thing for me, and I slept well and enjoyed the softness of the bed and pillows. I didn’t cook,but brought food to eat, I appreciated the options given by your hotel. Thank you once again for making my stay comfortable.

Did not feel safe

First, don't miss in the description that the front desk is limited hours. That wasn't so bad and they still let us check in late (we had a delayed flight), but it's still unusual if you're no prepared. The whole place smelled like smoke everywhere including the parking lot. Another oddity/frustration is that there is a kitchenette, but zero dishes for cooking or eating. So bring your own. Finally, the free internet is speed-limited (256K I believe is what it said) for simple browsing. You have to pay for higher speeds. I haven't seen something like that since the early 2000s. It's hard to describe just how strange, frustrating, and disappointing the experience is at this hotel. We did not complete our week-long stay because of the smoke stench. Hotels.com support was fantastic at getting us a refund for an early checkout.

The towel in the wash room was not clean it has lot of spots on it. The checking in lady was not looking welcoming at all.

The ladies at the desk were very respectful and nice. They went above and beyond for me.
