Woodspring Suites Rochester Greece

Woodspring Suites was a perfect place for me--reasonable price, clean, quiet enough even on a Saturday night, easy parking, spacious room with desk, comfortable chair and a fantastically comfortable bed. It has a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, sink. Just be aware that the kitchen has no silverware, plates, cups, or cooking implements, so bring your own.

It had an awful smell

Is that safe no one on duty at night the housekeeper the front desk it took us an hour to get into the hotel because nobody was at the door and I wish I can get my money back. Thank you and have a good day.

Loved the hotel the area everything but check in and check out staff had terrible terrible attitudes.

This is a brand new hotel, so its still very clean. Pet friendly. Our first room had hair in the bathroom, shower curtain, floor it was a lot, the door lock didnt work correctly from the outside, couldnt get in the room from outside the room. The dead bolt had the door open when we first arrived. There was a fire suppression can, above the stove that does say not to use under a microwave, which it is being used under a microwave. There is a full kitchenette, but there are no utensils, cups, cookware, they are available for sale at the front desk, we went to family dollar. Manager and most staff we very friendly, took care of everything pretty quickly, moved us into a clean room, pretty pleasant stay afterwards.

Hotel was minimal, kinda away from everything. Definitely get what you pay for.

Its was average at best

It was affordable, good parking. Comfortable beds & pillows. My room could have been cleaner definitely.

The room was setup for an extended stay: kitchenet with stove, sink, microwave, and refrigerator, cabinets, etc. But there were no pot, pans, tableware, utensils, and so on. The bed was extremely firm. The room had lots of storage. Furniture and decor is very clean and modern. There are no restaurants or other shopping in walking distance from this hotel.
