Very nice extended stay. Maybe for cost savings there is no face towels, only a small bar of soap, no ice machine as well as no cups for the early morning coffee. But I guess for the extended stayer they would need to purchase these anyway. Overall, a very nice and convenient place.

I often stay at properties like this that have a small kitchenette so I don't have to go out. Beyond the availability of the small kitchen and fridge, this property is seriously lacking in everything. Usually when there is a kitchen in the room, the hotel provides you with a basic pot, pan, utensils, etc. This room had absolutely nothing and not even an iron or ironing board. I had to eat out and go buy an iron to use. Furthermore, some members of the staff were fighting with each other on Sunday morning and it was really awful to be around that and horribly unprofessional. The hotel is pretty new and very clean, but I will never stay here again.

Staff and guests were friendly and polite. Place just opened in May 2023. Very clean. Absolutely smoke free. Advise bringing personal toiletries off all types, disposable dishes and flat wear and a tea or coffee pot!

Very friendly staff. The hotel is clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

I cannot comment on the cleanliness, quality, etc. of the accommodations. There are other reviews on that, and it seems acceptable enough. You need to know this, though: There is no check-in after 10 PM. Due to some delays in travel, we arrived at the property at 10:30 PM. There is no one at the front office to contact (even though it says there is a number you can call for late check-in, no one answers). You cannot get a key. You are shut out. This may be good enough for people using this as extended stay, but for travelers, I cannot recommend forcefully enough: DO NOT RESERVE THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE A TRAVELLER. Delays in travel these days are inevitable (traffic, weather, flights, whatever). Expedia/Hotels.com is no use when trying to get a refund. Of course Woodspring Suites can't refund my money. This listing should have in bold print: NO CHECK-IN AFTER 10 PM, NO CHECKIN BEFORE 3 PM. This is a very small window for travellers in the real world. Can't give this few enough stars. I wish I had taken a picture of my watch and the closed check-in sign. I am furious that I lost $300 for a two-night reservation (I had to call another hotel with availability). Shame on hotels.com for not listing this very important detail prominently. As a loyal hotels.com user, this is enough for me to no longer use their site. As a traveler, don't depend on Expedia.com - make reservations with hotels directly, and you will get the information you need.

Needed room to change for a costume party. Was told to call day off to see if we could get in early. Tried several times to call, no answer. Arrived at hotel at 12:45, waited 20 minutes as no one at counter. Was told to call in 1/2 hour as we went for lunch. Again no answer, arrive back at 1:45 again no one at counter. Changed in restroom and went to party. Got back at 6 and someone else on counter

The property is still new and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just noticed some odd things that were missing. For an extended stay room that includes a cooking surface, cupboards and full sized sink/fridge. I was surprised that there was only a cutting board. No other dishes or anything to cook with like I’ve experienced at other places. There was no hair dryer, facial tissues, stationary or printed information on the hotel and local area and other small details. The lobby was closed from 10p to 8a and that was only time coffee cups were available for coffee in the lobby. Staff were all friendly when they were around and none of these details are critical but I selected a room with a kitchen for a reason and didn’t want to buy the utensils only to leave them. Or not to have coffee available in the room or lobby before leaving for the day or wait for someone to start their shift before I could get help.
