Two elevators…one elevator was not working, so it was often a long wait when coming or going anywhere.

Very poor signage. Nothing at front door to identify it -- is it a Fairfield Inn or a Townepoint Suites; or a Sheraton? We drove around the building trying to find any signage that we were in the right place!!

Wasn't get to off highway

Too much scent left in room after cleaning, had to crack open window. It's right off a highway so be careful. Restaurant closed "for renovation"
