Easy and clean

The staff was excellent. The pillows were miserable, but that is subjective. The only issue I had was the shower and the sink area. I am a bit unstable but not to the point that I need a handicap room. The shower was extremely dangerous because there was nothing to hold on to inside the shower. There was no ledge or grab bar. To take a shower I had to try to put my fingers between the sliding doors so I didn’t fall. I would add a grab bar to each shower. Also the plug for the hair dryer is on the wrong side. The plug is next to the sink and if you blow dry your hair or curl your hair there is no place to lay them down and they could easily fall right into the sink and could spell disaster. All in all it was a wonderful stay, just needed to feel a litter safer.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend for a longer stay as our room had a kitchenette that was well equipped.

Room was not completely clean on arrival. Bathroom toilet roll was unspooled and floors were not fully cleaned.

Housekeeping. Unfortunately our sheets were never changed despite asking the front desk. Place was never cleaned, just beds made every other day. We were a family of 4 for 5 days. Even after asking multiple times and front desk acknowledging our requests it never happened. Trash under sink wasn’t changed. Fan in bathroom wasn’t working and the sink drain was extremely slow.

Very good experience. Clean, free breakfast, free parking. Comfortable bed. Quiet place. Not far from Boston.

The staff were incredible and I absolutely LOVED the amenities that were offered. Everything was clean, everything was accessible, and all the staff were kind!!

I could hear a lot of honking, and the garbage truck and that is also something that is just going to happen, like, regardless.

Very friendly Staff. The woman at reception ( forgot her name ) welcomed us and told us everything we needed to know. Property is sort of off highway but quiet and since property shared with Sheraton, fun to spend time in lobby. Also best breakfast i have had at a hotel!!
