TownePlace Suites by Marriott Framingham

There was an issue with the hotel not having electricity and the hotel went above and beyond to make the necessary arrangements as painless as possible. My only tiny complaint was the breakfast was overcooked but they had other options that were acceptable.

New and clean. Location is convenient. Staff was all very friendly. Room was a nice size.

We stayed with a dog. The dog fee is very expensive at $100.00 non-refundable and it was not clearly noted before we booked. Dog relief area is not very clearly marked. Breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast. The weekend we stayed was overall an expensive one.

I loved the continental breakfast they had , Thank you so much. Staff was very pleasent as well.

Everything was fine, nice to have free parking and free continental breakfast

Very clean and kitchens

The fragrance smell on the lobby. I prefer fragrance free environments. I also would have liked a grab bar in the shower as the floor of the shower was slippery when wet. Also the lights in the elevator were very dim.

Everything was excellent, from arrival at the front desk to check-out. The breakfast was spectacular, the cleanliness was superb, and the entire property looked brand new upon arrival. I believe it deserves to be in the 5-star hotel category. My special congratulations to the breakfast staff. The variety, flavor, presentation, and attentiveness of the staff are 101%. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

What I didn't like? Not being able to stay longer. Everything was excellent, Triple A service, my compliments to the service, breakfast, and staff.
