My husband and I have stayed in many Hilton properties. The staff at the Bankers Alley is absolutely the best - front desk, restaurant, maintenance (only one small issue that was taken care of within 20 minutes) and the bedding is supremely comfortable, the room wonderfully clean. The general manager and front desk staff have gone over and above to assist me when I left jewelry behind in the bathroom - much more than I ever expected.

"Poor room conditions "

The shampoo/conditioner holder was detached from the shower wall and resting on a shelf. The door did not latch unless forcefully opened or closed. The cleaning staff left the room, the door did not close and was left unlocked the entire day we were out. Our belongings were not secured in the room. Will not be back to this hotel or Hilton hotels in the future
