The Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

Came for a concert at Nissan Stadium and this location was walkable to the stadium and Broadway! The hotel has everything you need. Peloton in the gym, a great restaurant that serves b/l/d. We had a king room that was good with a large bath which was even better! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for the Coldplay concert. Our entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommend staying if you are in the area. Especially for experiences at Nissan Stadium and Bridgestone. Hotel staff was friendly, hotel vibes was on point and the room was exceptionally clean. Valet parking is perfect. Delores was our attendant and she was so sweet and kind.

Great stay. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was unique and very clean.

The hotel was very nice and great location to be able to walk to everything. The valet service was backed up with 15-20 cars parked in front which made it more difficult to check in. Our room was very clean but an extremely loud noise in the room, possibly a mechanical problem with the A/C or something near our room, made it very difficult to get a good night sleep.

Close to attractions. Staff and restaurant food left a lot to be desired.

Awesome staff from check-in to check-out! Valet kindly held the door open for me and help with my things. The young man at the front desk, I believe the manager, was a delight and had a smile that showed he cared. My husband enjoyed the restaurant and the guy who waited on us was extremely kind. Room was awesome- especially how neat the bed was!

The front desk girl (Terraniece) and the valet (Delores) were very nice and personable. They smiled every time they saw us and would chat with us, they were very helpful. Wish the curtain wasn’t messed up, causing the room to have light all night, but hey at least they gave me an upgrade from a room without a window so at least I had a real room, so didn’t complain about the light, we’d rather a window that lets in light over one with no window, other that that it was a great stay, they hotel was very nice

We booked this hotel 4 months ago for a Coldplay concert. The hotel has threatened to cancel our reservation and move us to a hotel not within walking distance. There offer was to “pay for our Uber”. Their explanation is that the hotel is facing challenges. Really disappointed.
