The only staff member was trying his best to do everything possible to get the pool ready for us but it was hard since he also had to be in charge of the front desk , we was running back and forth

It was dirty and has a bad smell to it, there is big pop and pee all over the property

I got to the hotel and my reservation was cancelled!!!!! Horrible experience!
