GO2 Inn & Suites by Relianse - El Paso

The room. Thats all.

The staff had booked us early. So it was agreed that the following day we would check out. So later in the day me and my wife went to get something to eat. When we had gotten back to the room the card was not working. We went to go see what was going on and the staff had us waiting 2 hours before they had told us anything they also started recording us with there cell phones. I felt very violated. By the time they told us anything they had the staff go to the room and che l if everything was jn order and it was. The only thing was i was missing money and my wife had 2 pairs of designer sunglasses stolen from her back pack. When we told the staff they said we were banned because the staff there didnt stop and knock on the door for check out... theives.

The staff was nice

There was roaches live and dead ones in the room and a blood stain on the curtain

Bathroom, filthy towels, stain, dirty sheets, stain, dirty, pubic hairs Cleaning staff, lazy dis uninterested shower curtain, practically inexistent sorry just nasty

Convenience. Proximity to Sunbowl Stadium is good.

All hotels price gauged for BTS Concert. This place is older but decent. However, I feel it was over priced. I have stayed at much nicer places with better facilities for less. The room could use a chair & more pillows. This room had a king size bed w/ 2 pillows. So bring extra pillows.

The location.

The room and furniture seem old and have an older room smell inside. There are cockroaches in the room; found them in the shower, inside the toilet, on the floor around the sink, and on the shelf under the tv.
