Me dijeron que mu reserva estaba cancelada, no me atendieron, me quedé en la calle con mi familia, siendo que tenía la confirmación de mi reserva y también había confirmado con el hotel mi estadía por teléfono el martes 28 de abril

Angelo works front desk and maintenance. He was helpful, hard working, and had a great attitude. He is the only reason I did not give the hotel a 1 rating. Angelo managed to provide two additional towels in the middle of the night when housekeeping was closed. The price was very inexpensive but the quality if the property matched the price..

The property is dirty and needs a renovation. The exterior paint and sidewalks are covered with dirt and stains. The room "experience" started with a very large roach and a smaller beetle both dead on the floor right inside the door. I booked the room for 4 people(Me, my wife, our two boys). The hotel provided one wash cloth and one hand towel and two bath towels. The towels were old and shed lint everywhere. Bathroom floor tiles were cracked, the toilet tank lid was cracked. The shower drained very slowly. The water was ankle deep by the end of a shower. The one decent part of the room is that the beds were reasonably comfortable.

Funny Smell, and there were roaches. REALLY BAD.

Nothing much. It was a cheap room and noisy with a bunch of drunk bafoons partying it up all night long!. The room was dirty, tv remote didn't work, shower was dirty with soap bits from last person that took a shower, hair and trash on the floor and door was noisy opening and closing!.

Paying to hear people partying all night!. Paying for a dirty room, wasn't what I expected for such a nice looking place!.Lights were broken and slept with vanity light on!.

To be quite frank not one thing about the stay or the location

Starting with jasmine the general manager I literally walked into her and one of the hiusekeepers rolling a marijuana cigarettte in the office I mean all she did was laugh and shake it off I honestly didn't understand what was going on here of this was a hotel or a bad movie. Sadly but true simply horrible people sleeping outside some of the hiusekeepers out there drinking as they work and let's not talk about drug activity specially in room 227 my daughter brought that room up to our attention and wow she wasn't wrong I had asked to move but noooo they responded with there isn't enough rooms clean as all houseejeepers well the 3 or 4 there is were on phones or either in their rooms because believe it or not one of the girls there told me they give them the room at 15 dollars a night as long as you work work work these girls are obviously on something because they cannot even look at you in the eye when any concern comes up I honestly do not understand how felons because that's what they are allowed to work there cayying drugs consuming drugs while working
