die Ausstattung und das Fruehstueck

Die Buchungsinformationen!!! Ich hatte vom 03.04.2026 - 04.04.2026 1 Uebernachtung dort mit booking com gebucht. und mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Noch vor dem 31.03.2026 habe ich noch eine zusätzliche Übernachtung dort benötigt und sogleich eine Nachricht über booking.com an das Hotel gesendet. Mein Mann hat das über seine E--Mail translation-lf@t-online.de geschrieben. Wir haben keine Rückantwort vom Hotel bekommen trotz nochmaliger schriftlicher Erinnerung unsererseits. Bei dem Einchecken am 04.04.26 um 2 Uhr dort (wegen der Ankunftsflugheit 0.30) hat man mir wegen meiner Nachricht nichts gesagt und ich bin davon ausgegangen, das ich noch 1 weiter Nacht dort bleiben könnte. Am 04.04.26 bin ich deshalb noch in meinem Zimmer geblieben. Am 04.04.26 um 15.00 wurde ich des Zimmers verwiesen, weil keine Buchung vorlag und andere Personen dort in mein Zimmer hinein wollten. Die Rezeption sagte mir, sie hätten keine Buchung von mir vorliegen auch keine Nachricht über die Verlängerung!!!! So haben Sie für mich in einem anderen Hotel eine Unterkunft gesucht und gefunden. Da ich schon zweimal dort in dem Hotel zuvor übernachtet hatte, dachte ich, gehe ich wieder dorthin ,weil ich zurfrieden war. Warum hat man mir nicht vor dem03.04.26 und am Tag des Eincheckens am 04.04. gegen 2 H nicht gleich gesagt, dass ich nur 1 Nacht dort bleiben kann. Sie haben auf meine Nachricht vor dem 31.03. nicht reagiert.

The rate listed on booking.com initially appeared reasonable but the additional $30 per day parking fee was buried in very small print and not clearly disclosed. this felling misleading and unacceptable once this hidden cost is factored in the stay is no longer a good value on top of that the location is not in a desirable neighborhood which makes the overall experience even less worth the price because of this lack of transparency i will not be staying at your property and will be leaving a negative review i strongly suggest being more upfront about all fees to avoid misleading future guests...
