Beds were comfortable, and mostly clean facilities

The "adjoining room" guest could be clearly heard at 11:30 at night there needs to be some type of insulation at the bottom of the adjoining doors, heat/ac was messed up room was 85 degrees when we walked in, with a large piller in the room it made shadows the lights didnt reach well so the room was very dark no lights overhead in the main area only on walls, toilet didnt flush correctly most of the time, coffee pot was full of grounds and not cleaned, didn’t like that you are forced to use valet parking, the fire alarm went off, locked the elevators and had to walk down stairs with stuff only to be told it was a false alarm anyway but still didnt release the elevators Also the area of town this location is a bit hard to get to

The hotel was very clean.

It wasn’t in a great area of Newark

Had a decent breakfast. Close to the airport.

Rooms had scuff marks on the wall.

I booked two bedrooms with non-refundable,however when I check in the staff told it was sold out, and gave me king size one bed room. Very disappointed

The bed was comfortable and the cleaning Cuban lady on the 7th floor was nice. The hotel also provided free breakfast until 9:30 am or 10:00 am.

The floor was a little dirty and the wall mounted conditioner dispenser was broken as well as the shower glass handle. Also, the front desk staff appeared to be bothered whenever asked for any complimentary toiletries such as toothbrush or toothpaste. They would say no to anything before anybody asked them any questions and they would give you the look like if you should’ve been asking in the first place. Also, the restaurant for the hotel was closed due to construction/renovations. Everything (restaurants) was far away from the hotel and an Uber was needed for almost everything. If you asked for anything, they would not be able to bring it to your room due to staffing issues.

Location is great and it’s always clean and comfortable when we stay here.

The long wait at the valet parking hut and there were minor issues with the room, such as the toilet paper holder fell off the wall and the drains went down super slow.
