Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola Downtown

Tatianna.. “spell check one the name please” was amazing and so helpful. We usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Pensacola. But we will definitely be waiting to the Hilton Garden in so much nicer and not that much further away it’s actually a nice walk through a beautiful neighborhood to the center of downtown. Wonderful Bay views. 10/10. Don’t pay for parking until you check in I think they cover it or have a code or something.

It was a very disorganized check-in. The hotel is overpriced for what you get and even the breakfast is an extra charge. This is not a competitive place versus the other options out there.

This hotel is pretty nice. It's quiet, with clean, updated rooms and bathrooms. We have stayed several times before and have always had good experiences. The only reason for giving it 4 stars this time is that they are now charging $10 per night for parking. Given the price for the room, I feel parking should be included, especially since it was included previously.

The staff was wonderful and the room seemed to be great, although we weren’t there very long.

Apparently, there was a navy veteran there, my husband, who also is a navy veteran, was there with me and our music was not very loud at all. In fact when I sleep at night, I have to have my TV much louder than what my music was. So we lost a night stay and that’s okay, we just will not return of this is a policy there. We travel a lot and have never ever ever been kicked out anywhere! It was so degrading.

Modern, clean hotel with excellent walkable access to downtown shops, parks, restaurants. Charming part of town. Would stay here again. My only complaint is that the coffee is terrible.
