Enjoyed the stay; location and service was great.

We arrived early and within an hour they had a bay view room ready for us. Tip: ask for a room that faces the bay on an upper floor. We enjoyed the pool and were within walking distance of so many restaurants and sites of interest. They have bikes you can use. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. Bonus - we watched 4th of July fireworks from the comfort of our room.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, seemed like the cheapest mattress that money could buy.

Honestly had a pretty terrible experience at this hotel. As soon as we walked in the front door to check in, the front desk employee walked away without a word (yes, she saw us walk in & saw us standing at the desk to check in). A male employee was left standing there, but he said he couldn’t help us because he’d already clocked out for the day. We awkwardly stood there for several minutes until the employee came back, no apology for just walking away, and checked us in. After we’d been in our room for a couple of hours, another employee walked right on in. She at least apologized, stating she hadn’t realized we’d checked in already. I guess that’s our fault for not closing the security latch on the door. Later that night my friend went to take a shower before bed. She realized after hopping in the shower that we didn’t have any towels (other than one hand towel) in the bathroom. I called the front desk for someone to bring up some towels, but they never came. We waited an hour before calling again, they apologized & said they forgot we called, and brought the towels right up. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. Definitely never staying here again though.
