"Great property in the Hilton family with a view of the water."

The most impressive part of this stay was the service provided by Hunter, who was working the front desk at check-in. Super pleasant and helpful. Really appreciated his help with a couple small items. The nuts and bolts of the stay were what you would want to expect from a Hilton property. Comfortable, functional, and the outside pool was great.

Nice infrastructure, nice rooms

3 nights and there was NO cleaning services for our room for the entire stay despite our several asks and complaints. Food services were very slow in general.

The bathroom door slides from side to side and leaves an inch gap that allows sound and smell easily seep into the room. Breakfast is more expensive through the reservation than buying it al la carte. Bottles of water in the room are 3$ instead of complimentary. For 900$ this was the worst room I’ve ever had. Total rip off. Will never stay at a Hilton again.
