"Okay location but as a diamond member I didn’t feel special at all."

Location

I’m a Hilton diamond member and I had to wait 2hrs for my room to be ready. Then when I got into the room I can tell it seemed rush or something because the sheets were loose and there was some debris left on the counter. Not happy as a diamond member.
