"My worst Marriott stay.. Pathetic customer service and hospitality by Front desk Employee"

I had read about the negative reviews of the front desk staff before coming here, but didn't know I would face the same. The person at the front desk during morning hours is extremely rude. Each request of mine was not just denied but rudely responded to. I won't say everyone in this hotel is bad because other staff members at night were accommodative and kind, but this front desk employee in the morning shift is spoiling the name of this beautiful hotel. People working in Hospitality industry should know how to behave with customers. When I asked this guy's name, he refused to give it because he knew how he was behaving with me. This was definitely my worst Marriott experience. If you are coming here for your next stay, do not expect the staff to go above and beyond even if you have a status with Marriott. These guys just do not care...

Loved the views! Restaurants were amazing!

The toilets are the cheap high pressure cruise toilets but it is understandable to save money. I was expecting more due to the price of the room.

My brother George and his fiancé Pam were married in the hotel Sunday evening. My girlfriend Stephanie and I needed to buy some proper clothes for this occasion before. The staff provided a driver, Arthur, who took us to and from the Miracle mile to shop just in time for the wedding. My brother had a very joyful celebration and the entire experience was excellent!!! Best wishes for St. Regis and Staff! The next morning we tried out the workout facility and enjoyed exercising together while looking over the Chicago river and Lake Michigan. We loved it! Tom & Stephanie

Was in a decent location with great view. Front office and bell staff were excellent. Room was good and bed very comfortable.Disappointed with staff quality in Miru Restaurant, had to wait extended times, it felt disjointed with little supervision and management

Absolutely perfect! We arrived really late and the front desk was amazing checking us in with an unplanned late night arrival. Housekeeping was the best. Turn down service was much appreciated and hard to find lately. We will definitely stay here for all our Chicago trips. Spacious room with walk in closet- perfect for a family stay. Staff was all pleasant and helpful from door to late night room service. thank you!
