Travelodge by Wyndham Livonia Canton Novi Detroit Area

I stayed for about a week, and the room was spacious and seemed to have recently updated. The bed was comfortable. However, there's some major heavy construction happening 200ft from the property which makes it impossible to keep sleeping after 6, 6:30am. Luckily I had to get up around that time, so to me it wasn't a big deal.

Ok for a quick stay of a guy needing just a bed. required a 100 deposit which I had to wait for the clerk to check the room before I left. Glad I wasn't in a hurry.

I don’t know if it was construction outside, but the water wasn’t working in the building and no one told me I found out when I was in the room

People come down to my room to smoke outside. Very loud late at night.

Super clean for being a motel type "personal entrance" to your room. I walked in assuming it was gonna smell bad and be dirty, and it was the total opposite. I would stay there on any future solo trips. Only thing is the motel is separate from the hotel, so when I checked in I thought I drove to the wrong place. Hotel staff were super friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room and it was super clean. - No smell of smoke or anything like what you find in a motel/personal entrance type hotel. I would stay here again with no issue. Good price, lots of solid food and different cultural options all within minutes.
