Wonder service. They were very intentionally. Very sweet. I was here two nights. They have complimentary breakfast. A cleaning crew comes everyday. And they have excellent costumer service. Definitely a place worth staying and spending money on.

Breakfast needed a little bit more breakfast items

I stayed at Travelodge by Wyndham Livonia/Canton/Novi Detroit Area and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill quickly. Firstly, the room was far from clean. There were stains on the bedding, dust covering the surfaces, and the bathroom was in desperate need of a deep clean. It was uncomfortable and felt unhygienic throughout my stay. Secondly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I had a few issues during my stay, but every time I approached the front desk, I was met with rude and dismissive attitudes. It felt like I was bothering them rather than being a valued guest. Finally, the overall experience was just terribly uncomfortable. The bed was lumpy, the air conditioning barely worked, and there was a constant noise from the hallway, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I would not recommend Travelodge by Wyndham Livonia/Canton/Novi Detroit Area to anyone. It was a horrible experience from start to finish, and I won’t be returning.

The. Uilding I was in was all outside rooms and there was no lobby

There was cockroaches in my room 409. .I called front desk at 9 p.m She said she won't move me to another room or refund me so I could leave. . When I checked out next morning, the front desk also said they wouldn't refund me or discount. They said they had exterminators in there last week.. I DONT CARE. OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE ISSUES.. regardless they wouldn't give my money back or a discount. I even took a dead cock roach i killed into the office to show them
