Staff is horrible

Easy check in

Cheap but it's cheap for a reason. Broken pavement, snow was barely plowed in the parking lot, noisy all night with people blasting music outside, bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. Won't come back.

This is the first time i was uncomfortable with my safety at a hotel and i have been to over 100. The bathroom window is at the perfect height to look into for someone to look into as we have a shower or as we are in bed. The window had no privacy to it and any pervert could have watched us.

My experience at your hotel was okay, what surprise me was that I had to pay $15.00 for early check in which I have never of, next was the $60.00 for damages that I was unaware of so it ended up costing me an extre $75.00 that I had not planned on. Even thou the $60.00 is refundable, you should let people know on your website.

The customer service was horrible. The room was okay but we had a light that kept flickering on and off outside and even though we had a smoke free room, the whole place smelled like marijuana. Clearly they didn’t care about people smoking at all, nothing was done about it. The biggest reason I’m complaining about it is because my kids were with me and that’s absolutely ridiculous. Staff didn’t care. They cared more about a room next to us complaining about our kids being loud, but again, they are kids, they were louder than us in their room but whatever. Staff were disrespectful. I definitely will never go back to this location again.
