Clean and good location

I liked that we were on the 3rd floor so we had a small ocean view.

My bathroom closet door continually fell off the track. The bathroom hinge ended up breaking so we couldn’t shut the door. The bathtub was dirty. The floors were dirty. The dishes were dirty. There were blinds missing. I found used socks underneath my bed that DID NOT belong to me! When I took the sheet off the bed there was dirt ON the bed. There was what looked like a dog feces on our deck and nobody came to clean it so it sat there our entire stay. They shut the outdoor pool/jacuzzi down during our stay. They drained the indoor jacuzzi. The indoor pool is meant to be heated but was never on. There was little bits of glass on my bedroom floor where my 1 year old was walking around. Extremely dangerous!!!!! The tub is basically a jacuzzi but the funny thing is when you go to fill it to reach the jets, the water gets cold not even half way to the jets. Half way through my shower the water got extremely cold I had to cut it off mid way to let it heat up again. They expect you to strip your bed of the sheets and what not something most hotel staff are supposed to do. The deck to walk the beach is very disappointing. I ended up hurting my foot bad on this deck to where it was bleeding when I got to the beach. This place is not in walking distance of many places at all. If you get a cleaner named Anne Marie I believe was her name. Dont expect your room to actually be clean. I am very disappointed in this place for the amount of money they had charged me for my stay! Unfortunately I did not get photos of my room but I did get videos. This app will not let me leave videos. :(

The accomodation was clean and met all our needs. It was well equipped for cooking, and has restaurants nearby.

The rooms were nice they were clean had everything you needed to cook with it was a convenient location close to everything you would need grocery store Bank places to eat within 3 MI or less had a few places to eat within walking distance I will come back and stay again.

I guess the only thing I can say I didn't like I thought it was Oceanfront but they own apartments across the road too and that's where we ended up staying but you could walk to the beach it was straight across the road and the outside swimming pool was across the road at the apartments that was Oceanfront but the indoor pool and the hot tub was right beside our building. It was advertised as Oceanfront but like I said they do own apartments across the road and that is where we ended up staying had no idea till I got there. But I'm not complaining it was a little short walk to the beach and the rooms was nice.

It's peaceful staff is great and near along of great food places
