Gorgeous view, lovely accommodations.

It was very clean and roomy.

I would have liked to see the ocean.

The peacefulness and cleanliness and pricing.

I didn’t like that they moved us from our original location the next day and no one told me until I go to check in. The first unit was great. Would’ve loved to have been able to stay there! Especially for the price I paid. I felt like I had more privacy and beds were way more comfortable than the second unit they switched us over to on day 2 for the remainder of our stay.

The room was decent. It was nice that is had a full kitchen and the space was good. The place was clean and tidy. The beach access was really nice and the beach area was beautiful and clean.

The main issue we had was the pool. When we booked this room we specifically did that because it advertised having 3 pools (1 indoor heated and 2 outdoor heated) the indoor pool's heater was out so the water was freezing cold. My 4 year old could not even get in it because of how cold it was. The 1 outdoor pool was drained and empty. The other outdoor pool was nice but not heated and again it was super cold. They originally said the indoor pool would be fixed by Monday but then told us the part was damaged in shipment so they had to order another one. We ended up never being able to swim during our stay. It was very disappointing not to be able to swim since we did pay for those amenities. The elevator was also out when we first got there so we had to carry all our things 3 stories to our room. The elevator did later get fixed.

We loved the location, how large the rooms were, the two bathrooms in our suite, and the well kept grounds.

It’s a tad out dated.
