These m*therf*ckers told me it was 'first come first serve' even though I had a reservation and turned me away. Front desk staff was rude as hell and told me it wasn't his problem and he "don't make duh rules"

This hotel took deposit for our two rooms but refused to give any deposit receipts and told us, you will get the receipt at the time of check out. But still at check out they didn't give any receipt for security deposits. Worst thing,at check out,hotel staff took another deposit of 500 USD, thank god I noticed it and he reversed this transaction. They told you will get the refund in 14 to 21working days. It is now almost 04 weeks, since we checked out and still our security deposit which they took at the time of check in, not yet refunded.I have sent many reminders and messages to hotel and booking.com but situation is still same. Worst experience 🤦
