The facility was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was hard to control the air within the room. The room was kinda warm. If you are traveling with your own vehicle parking is a headache. Although the hotel offers valet, it fill up quickly and you left to look for parking in a not so inviting area.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable.

The rooms are SMALL!! It was tough to maneuver in such a tight space with 4 people. And there were No parking options once the valet was full. Street parking was hard to find

The location was convenient for visiting relatives in Astoria.

The room was small. There are not enough elevators for size of hotel. There is often a long wait.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. On marche un peu pour pendre le métro puis direct jusqu'à Manhattan. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour New York. Le seul bémol était le petit déjeuner, très bon mais trop de monde et pas assez de place. J'y reviendrais sans problème
